Kenlee Andreu (she/her) understands the importance of family and interpersonal relationships and how these dynamics can influence the college experience. She is committed to educating and supporting students and their families as they navigate barriers, whether academic or personal, and life events. Kenlee enjoys meeting with students and providing a safe and affirming space for all, specializing in the following areas: death or illness among family or friends; students who are parenting and/or caregiving; pregnancy; family emergencies; and interpersonal conflict within family or friends.

From the small, agricultural town of Plant City, Florida, Kenlee moved to Virginia after she received her Bachelor of Science in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences from the University of Florida. At Virginia Tech, she completed her Master of Arts in Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs. She has supported families and students through various programs such as orientation, family weekend, student leadership groups, mentorship, and educational programming. Outside of work, Kenlee spends a majority of her free time at the pottery studio, watching Drag Race, cuddling up with her cat and partner for an at-home movie night, playing board games, and thrifting.

Dr. Lynanne Jamison leads the team with unwavering dedication. Her passion for empowering students and promoting equitable practices drives the office's mission forward. Lynanne specializes in supporting students in the following areas: academic concerns; complaints/grievances, policy/procedure/process questions; and complex situations involving multiple concerns.

When she’s not spending time with VCU students and families, you’ll find her doing all things local - eating at RVA’s yummiest restaurants, thrifting and antiquing, exploring in and around the James River, and taking in the city’s rich art, music and theater scene. Ask her about her favorite spots! Lynanne is a proud Ram after receiving her Doctorate of Education in Leadership at VCU. She also holds a Master of Science in College Student Personnel from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Christopher Newport University where she is actively involved as an alumna. 

Stephanie Coats is dedicated to providing support for students' essential needs through her collaboration with on-campus and community resources. With a background in public and university housing, she commits her time to supporting VCU students with off-campus housing concerns in addition to specializing in other basic needs supports including financial wellness as well as food, transportation, childcare, and healthcare access.

Stephanie is passionate about amplifying the voices of students and providing a transformative experience. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her master’s degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Shippensburg University. Other than rambling about her love for Beyonce, Stephanie also enjoys exploring new recipes, taking road trips, and writing poetry. 

As the Assistant Dean of Students, Rachael supports the VCU community by coordinating the Threat Assessment Team, assisting with university policy and procedure review, and spearheading campus-wide hazing prevention efforts.  She partners with many offices across campus to help create a safe and informed university community.  Rachael brings experience in student conduct, fraternity and sorority life, and study abroad student life management to her role here at VCU.
