TimelyCare
TimelyCare is a telehealth program that provides free mental health support services for students. Students do not need insurance to access TimelyCare services such as TalkNow. TalkNow is a 24/7, on-demand, crisis support which will connect students to a mental health professional to talk about anything at any time. Students can connect to TalkNow within minutes to discuss any level of concern, from conflicts with roommates to more serious mental health crises.

MCV Campus ‐ Division for Academic Success (DAS)
DAS offers academic support services to students in the VCU Health Sciences schools: Allied Health Professions, Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing and Pharmacy. Student Health provides quality outpatient medical care and public health services, which includes health education programming that empowers students to become full participants in their health care. LiveSafe
VCU Police provides the LiveSafe mobile app to the VCU community. The free app is extremely user friendly and available on all Android and iOS devices. It is a powerful safety tool that allows for more efficient exchanges of information between members of the community and the police department. Users can send the VCU Police information about crimes or ongoing incidents. Users can even send along photos or videos evidence of what is occurring. The VCU Police can also transmit information to users about ongoing incidents or important safety tips. Tips submitted through LiveSafe are monitored by VCU Police dispatchers 24/7, just as all emergency calls at VCU are monitored.

Center for Psychological Services & Development: The Center for Psychological Services and Development (CPSD) assists individuals and families in need of counseling and assessment with affordable services provided by professionals and graduate students in the mental health field. The CPSD is operated through the Department of Psychology at Virginia Commonwealth University. They provide training for clinical and counseling practicum students in the doctoral psychology programs, and for graduate students in related mental health fields. The students are supervised by faculty members who hold licenses in mental health professions, including licensed psychologists, licensed rehabilitation counselors, and licensed clinical social workers. The CPSD offers a wide range of services including services for anxiety disorders and attention deficit hyperactivity disorders.
