Employment dates for all positions: August 10-May 9
Undergraduate Positions:
- Student Advocate: Students in this position will support the general operations of the Office of Student Advocacy, including office/administrative functions, advocacy case management and student support, office events and programs, and promotional content creation.
- Ram Pantry Undergraduate Assistant: Students in this position will be located in the Ram Pantry. Assistants will supervise volunteers, greet and provide instructions to pantry guests, assist with data collection, collect and log donations, and complete assigned projects and perform other duties as directed by professional staff.
Graduate Positions:
- Graduate Advocate for Family Support: This position will plan and execute VCU Families initiatives including but not limited to Family Day, Rambling with the Rams podcast, virtual Ask an Advocate sessions, and other virtual and in-person events for students and families.
- Graduate Advocate for Off-Campus Student Support: This position will provide front line services to address off-campus housing needs, including the planning of housing fairs and roommate mixers, facilitate informational presentations, and provide general support for students navigating the off-campus housing process.
- Graduate Advocate for Food Access Initiatives: This position will be located in the Ram Pantry and will be responsible for managing volunteer outreach and coordination, food drives and donation efforts, and support pantry operations and communications.
